Sustainable yarns
to make art and to make
good for the planet

Brazilian art and culture in connection with the environment
Sustainability was born with EuroRoma and will always be part of who we are. Merging this valuable attribute to the universe of manual arts, we enhance the artisanal, encourage creativity and are part of special moments, providing breaks, more purpose, and a unique identity present in each creation.
The result of everything we do as a brand is reflected in a cycle of responsible and concrete initiatives, which impact not only on the people who relate to us, but also in our community and the planet.

Social and environmental
responsibility
Here, producing sustainable yarn and twine derived from textile waste is just the beginning of the conversation. EuroRoma acts as a curator of different techniques and authorial creations full of meaning, expanding the creative look of professionals, valuing manual work, and connecting people of all ages.
See some of
our initiatives:
-
We recycle more than 6,000 tons of surplus from the textile industry annually, transforming waste into sustainable yarn and twine for the craft industry
-
We make conscious use of natural resources and more than 90% of our products do not use water in their production
-
We carry out social actions with hospitals, NGOs, and charities
-
We contribute to the development and enhancement of the craft segment and support artisan communities
Global Recycled Standard (GRS)
We are certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), an international standard dedicated to monitoring processes and products composed of recycled materials, as well as chain of custody, social and environmental practices, and chemical restrictions.
GRS certification is awarded to organizations that meet social, environmental, and chemical requirements at each stage of the supply chain, from the origin of raw materials to the final product.
